How is your summer vacation going?

I hope you have been enjoying your summer vacation! I am enjoying mine and have been busy with my family and garden. I had a great time in Kentucky at the Lexington Horse Park during my daughter's National Pony Club Quiz Rally Championship competition - her team came in 28th out of 40 teams from the US and Canada! We found some insects in Kentucky that aren't normally found in this area- the praying mantis and cicadas. I'm looking forward to the start of school in the fall - I love seeing all my old students and meeting and getting to know my new ones! I'd love to hear what you have been up to and if you have found any cool websites that you'd like to share, please leave me a comment or leave a post!
Enjoy the rest of your summer!
